Terms of Service

These terms govern the provision of technology installation and related low-voltage services by I Wire Technology Installers, LLC, including structured cabling, network infrastructure support, AV mounting, site surveys, and documentation described in a written proposal or work order. By engaging us, you agree to the following framework unless superseded by a signed master agreement.

Scope of Services

I Wire Technology Installers, LLC will perform the services described in the applicable quote, statement of work, or purchase order. Work is performed in accordance with industry-accepted practices and any standards explicitly referenced in your agreement. Field conditions, concealed building elements, or changes in your requirements may require change orders before additional work proceeds.

Schedules, Access, and Cooperation

Installation projects depend on safe site access, power, pathway availability, and timely decisions from your team or general contractor. I Wire Technology Installers, LLC will use commercially reasonable efforts to meet agreed schedules, but dates may shift due to weather, shipping delays for materials you or we procure, other trades, or access restrictions outside our control.

Payment

Fees, retainers, deposits, and invoicing terms are set out in your contract or proposal. I Wire Technology Installers, LLC may pause work if amounts due are not received according to those terms. Materials purchased on your behalf, rush orders, or third-party equipment costs may be billed separately as agreed in writing.

Intellectual Property and Project Materials

Upon receipt of payment for the applicable work, documentation such as labeling schemes, photos, and as-built notes prepared specifically for your project are intended for your operational use. I Wire Technology Installers, LLC may retain anonymized internal records for training, warranty support, and quality assurance, and may reference generalized project experience in marketing unless you object in writing.
